How to move from Zaprep to ReplyKaro
- 1
Create a ReplyKaro account
Sign in with Instagram. ReplyKaro uses Instagram's official login and never asks for your password.
- 2
Connect a Professional account
Your Instagram account must be a Business or Creator (Professional) account for any automation tool to work.
- 3
Rebuild your Zaprep automations
Pick the post or Reel, set the trigger keyword, write the DM and add a link or file. Most automations take a minute.
- 4
Test with a comment
Comment the keyword from another account and confirm the DM arrives and the link works.
- 5
Switch off the matching Zaprep automation
Instagram allows one private reply per comment. Pause the old automation on that post before you go live so people are not messaged twice.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Is ReplyKaro a good alternative to Zaprep?
ReplyKaro does the same core job: it sends a DM when someone comments a keyword, replies to Stories and handles DMs on Instagram and Facebook. Whether it is a better fit depends on your volume, budget and the features you need. The table above lays out the differences.
How do Zaprep and ReplyKaro pricing compare?
We have not verified Zaprep's current prices, so we do not quote them. See Zaprep's own website. ReplyKaro has a free plan (1 Instagram account, 3 active automations and 1,000 DMs a month) and paid plans from ₹99 a month in India or $3 a month elsewhere.
Does ReplyKaro have a free plan?
Yes. The free plan includes 1 Instagram account, 3 active automations and 1,000 DMs a month, with Follow-Gate and Fan Mode, and no card is needed. Paid plans start at ₹99 a month in India or $3 a month elsewhere.
Can I use Zaprep and ReplyKaro together?
You can, but do not run two tools on the same post. Instagram allows one private reply per comment, so people could be messaged twice or one tool's reply could be blocked.
Will I lose my contacts if I leave Zaprep?
Your history stays in Zaprep. ReplyKaro starts fresh and builds a new subscriber list as people interact. If Zaprep lets you export contacts, do that before you cancel.
Is ReplyKaro safe for my Instagram account?
ReplyKaro uses Instagram's official API, never asks for your password and only messages people who commented a keyword, replied to your Story or messaged you. It sends within Meta's limits. No tool can guarantee an account will never be restricted.
Is the information about Zaprep on this page accurate?
