Connect Instagram and Facebook

Everything starts with a one-time connection through Meta's official login. We never see or store your password.

    Switch to a Business or Creator account

    In Instagram go to Settings → Account type and tools → Switch to professional account.

    Link a Facebook Page

    Instagram automation runs through a Facebook Page bridge. Link your Instagram account to a Page you manage.

    Sign in and approve permissions

    Open the ReplyKaro dashboard, click Connect and approve the Meta permissions. Your account shows as connected in seconds.

  4. 4

    Connect Facebook Pages too (optional)

    Pick the Pages you want to automate for comments and Messenger. One login covers both Instagram and Facebook.

Pro tips

  • Use the Facebook profile that is an admin of the Page.
  • Connected accounts can be removed any time from Settings.

The core automation: when someone comments your keyword, they instantly get a DM with your link, offer or answer.

    Pick the Reel or Post

    Choose a specific post, or apply the rule to every post and Reel on the account.

    Set trigger keywords

    Add words like LINK, PRICE or READY. Matching works on comments even with extra text or emojis around the keyword.

    Write the DM

    Add your message, a link button and an optional public reply to the comment. Keep it short and useful.

    Turn it on

    Toggle the automation live. New matching comments get the DM in about a second.
