Optional AI assistant
AI Studio can answer questions from facts you approve, send product cards and collect leads, and hand off to you on keywords you choose. Keyword automations and flows run first; the AI is the fallback. AI replies use AI credits, which are included in paid plans and can be bought separately.
How sending limits work
Instagram caps how many private replies an app can send each hour. ReplyKaro sends below that cap by default: 180 DMs an hour on the Free plan, 200 on Starter and up to 300 on Pro. If a Reel goes viral and comments arrive faster than that, they are queued and sent as capacity allows, as long as they are inside Instagram's 7-day window.

Taking over from the automation
You can open any conversation and reply yourself. Automations are best at the first message and the repeat questions; people should be able to reach you for anything that needs judgement, such as refunds or custom requests.

How to design a good chat flow
- Start with the goal in one sentence, such as "get the person to book a call".
- Write the first message so it gives value before it asks for anything.
- Offer buttons for the common answers, and let people type if they prefer.
- Ask one question per message. Long forms feel like work in a chat.
- Add a clear way to reach you, so someone with a special case is not stuck.
- Keep the whole flow short enough to finish in a minute or two.

When to use flows, and when to use AI replies
Flows are best for predictable paths: delivering a link, collecting an email, booking a call. You control every word. AI replies suit free-text questions you cannot predict, such as product questions. Use facts you provide, review the answers, and keep a human path for anything sensitive.

How long can the chat continue?
