Are all features available on the Free Forever plan?
Most core features are available on the Free Forever plan with a 1,000 DMs/month limit. Comment-to-DM, Follow-Gate, Fan Mode point tracking, and DM Links are all included. Story automation and Broadcasts require the Starter plan (₹99/mo, $3/mo globally) or above.
What is the difference between Comment-to-DM and DM Links?
Comment-to-DM triggers when someone comments a keyword on your Reel or post — they get a DM automatically. DM Links are short URLs that, when clicked (e.g. in a YouTube description, bio, or email), open a DM conversation with a preset message pre-filled. Both are included on all plans.
Can I use multiple automation types at the same time?
Yes. All 8+ automation modules run simultaneously and independently. You can have Comment-to-DM running on your latest Reel, Story automation active for all stories, Fan Mode tracking engagement, and Follow-Gate enabled — all at once on the same account.
How does Fan Mode loyalty work?
Fan Mode awards points to your followers for specific actions: comments (+2 pts), link clicks (+3 pts), follows (+5 pts), story tags (+10 pts). Points accumulate into Bronze, Gold, and Platinum tiers. You define tier thresholds and the exclusive DM reward each tier unlocks.
Does ReplyKaro work with Instagram Business and Creator accounts?
Yes — both Instagram Business accounts and Creator accounts support all ReplyKaro automation features. Personal accounts are not supported (Meta's API limitation). Switching to Business or Creator takes 30 seconds in Instagram settings and is completely free.
